The Premiere Futsal League was started in 2004 by Lee Tschantret and has grown in participants every year. Last season it hosted over 100 youth teams in 15 divisions. It currently runs out of the Park School and Loyola Blakefield High School in Baltimore, MD 2010 - 2011 Premiere Futsal League Information To Register with the Premiere Futsal League
- Complete the Registration Form (download here or on Schedule & Forms page)
- Mail the Registration Form for each team to Pro Soccer Academy with a non-refundable $50 Registration Fee per team
- Checks should be made payable to "Pro Soccer Academy" and mailed to 1016 S. Streeper Street, Baltimore, MD 21224
- Registration Forms and League Fees are due no later than November 15, 2010
To Register with the USFF - Go to www.futsal.org and register all players and coaches on line
- Print out finalized roster and make out one check ($6.50 per player and $12.00 per coach) payable to "US Fustal"
- Mail one check (payable to US Futsal) and the completed roster to Premiere Futsal League, 1016 S. Streeper Street, Baltimore, MD 21224
- USFF Registration must be completed by December 1, 2010

- Every player must have a completed waiver which must be mailed to Premiere Futsal League, 1016 S. Streeper Street, Baltimore, MD 21224
- Waivers must be received by December 5, 2010

- USFF Yearly Registration Fees: $6.50 per player, $12.00 per coach (go to www.futsal.org to register)
- Referee Fees: $15 per team for 1 ref, $27 per team for 2 refs (U15 and up when available)
League Discounts

Session Dates - Starting Sunday, December 5, 2010 and running for 10 weeks on Sundays (no games 12/26/10)
- Each team guaranteed 8 games
Ages M/F - U9’s through High School

- Age Group Chart (i.e. U9 must be born after July 31, 2001)
Roster Limit - 16 players (we recommend no more than 12 players per team)
Games - Two 24 Min. Halves, running clock, one time out per team per Half
Winners - Champions from each age group will receive Championship T-shirts
Players/Sister Teams/Double Rostering
- You must have at least 4 players and a goalie to start a game.
- If you have a sister team in the league, you may borrow up to 3 players from that sister team each game, except when sister teams are playing each other.
- Players may be double rostered on teams that are in different age divisions only.
Equipment
- The wearing of shin pads will be mandatory for all players. A player will not be allowed to play without shin pads.
Home Team
- The team listed first on the schedule is the home team. In the case of a jersey color conflict the home team must change jerseys.
Scorecards
- Each team representative will check the final results, to include the score, cautions and ejections. The referees must sign the scorecard and present them to the On-Site Staff Member.
- Coaches must also check in with the On-Site Staff Member after the game to confirm game results and scores.
Red Cards
- A red card will result in a one game suspension.
- Any violent conduct red cards are subject to League disciplinary action.
Forfeited Games
- If a team fails to show for a scheduled match, the referee shall allow a 5 minute grace period. After the 5 minutes, if the team has not yet arrived or does not have enough players to field a team, the game will be forfeited. The game will be tallied as a 3 to 0 loss for the forfeiting team and a 3 to 0 win for their opponent. If both teams do not show for a match, the game will be tallied as a 3 to 0 loss for both teams.
- If the referee terminates a match for reasons other than an act of God or field conditions, the Premiere Futsal League Competition Committee will decide the result of the match after hearing the official reason from the referee, and both coaches.
- Teams forfeiting any matches will NOT receive a refund on their registration fee.
- Forfeited games are recorded as a 3 - 0 loss.
Point System
- The determination within the group standings is as follows:
- 3 points for a win
- 1 point for a tie
- 0 points for a loss
- Forfeited games are recorded as a 3 - 0 loss
